Jolandi Marais
Head of Treasury Dealing Operations

Jolandi joined WIPTS in March 2010 as Head: Dealing operations. She has completed her Master of Commerce degree at the North- West University (NWU) in 2004. She has extensive experience in financial markets - foreign exchange risk based trading, corporate dealing desk and money market dealing. More recently, she spent time on the African and Emerging Market desks with both Absa and Standard Bank. She was employed by the ABSA Group from 1998 and then joined Standard Bank in 2007.

Joyce Naidoo
Head of Forex Administration

Joyce joined WIP Capital in April 1999 having been an Assistant Manager at Citibank N.A. where she was instrumental in setting-up their money market operations and, prior to this, she was an Authorised Signatory and Manager with Firstcorp Merchant Bank Limited in Treasury Operations and worked at Real Africa Durolink Limited setting up their Money Market (Back-Office). Joyce runs the Administration and back office for WIP Treasury Solutions.

Ernst Snyman
Senior Dealer

Ernst joined WIPTS in July 2009 as a Senior Dealer, Forex and Money Market. He has extensive experience in general banking industry including asset finance and credit, being with Mercantile Bank since 1996. He has spent the last 7years of his career at Mercantile Bank in trading financial market instruments ( Foreign exchange - Risk Based Trading & Corporate dealing desk, Money market dealing).

Hameeda Abader
Senior Dealer

Hameeda Abader joined WIP Treasury Solutions in January 2009 and has had 7 years experience in the Corporate Treasury Management environment (at De Beers as well as Anglo Platinum), as well as banking experience after working for ABSA on the Economic Desk for 3 years.


Noluthando Dlamini
Trainee Dealer

Thando holds a BCom Economics degree from The University of Zululand as her highest qualification which is preceded by a diploma in Business Management Studies from the University of Natal. Her employment history dates back to 2004 where she worked part-time as an assistant to the Financial Account of Eagle Transport, a family business and on the last leg of her degree she worked with First National Bank at the Collections Desk, branch banking. In 2009 Thando was then employed as a PA to the Director at The University of Johannesburg (Centre for Small business Development), titled as Administrative assistant. Thando is a Trainee Dealer at Purple Treasury Solutions from June 2010 to date.
